Live Event Guest Portraits
Watercolor Guest Portraits are the ultimate party favor for weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, and corporate events. These quick little paintings are both fun and expressive, as well as mini works of art in their own right. Guest portraits are created from a photograph, and take between 5 - 15 minutes per individual/couple, depending on your selected portrait package style.

Quick black line sketch with watercolor wash. Each portrait takes 4 minutes (10 minutes per couple). Great for larger events.

Elaborate
Watercolor portraits with clothing details and shading. Each portrait takes about 7 minutes (15 minutes per couple) to create. Great for small events.
(8 + people per hour)

Watercolor portraits with greater attention to realism and subtle facial features. Great for intimate gatherings of no more than 15 people, or for a complete-after-event option.

2026 Prices
Pricing is based on a per-hour rate (three-hour minimum), and includes all fees associated with travel to and from the event (mileage plus artist’s accommodations for up to two nights). For guest counts of more than 40, an assistant will accompany me. There is an additional Assistant Fee of $100 per hour.
Please note: Guest portraits are painted on a first-come, first served basis unless otherwise specified. In the event that you would like all of your guest’s painted, I am happy to offer a customized package that includes live painting for 3-5 hours, followed by completing all remaining portraits in my home studio. I will work with an assistant to photograph all guests, and once all portraits are complete I will deliver them to you to distribute to your guests. This is ideal for larger events.
Quote for this service will include selection of a Live Event Painting package (see drop down menu), an assistant fee ($100 per hour on-site), plus artists studio rate of $100 per hour (number of studio hours depends upon package selected and number of desired portraits).
